Shaping the future of professional learning - ICS Learn Group acquires Acacia Learning

The future of work requires individuals who are ready to develop themselves and companies keen to nurture talent, no matter where they are based or how they prefer to learn.

ICS Learn Group, the UK’s leading online learning organisation of professional qualifications, has acquired fellow provider Acacia Learning. Having recently purchased DPG, this new addition will allow the Group’s portfolio of brands to offer the full range of learning platforms including online, blended and face to face courses.

All three companies will be run by the ICS Learn board with a focus on delivering high quality experience to the expanding HR market through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). With Acacia already strongly established in the Middle East, the Group now looks to improving its delivery to students in other expanding global markets.
