You’ll be assessed through one assignment submitted online and one exam.
Due to COVID-19, you’ll currently sit this as an online proctored exam rather than at an exam centre. However, as this course normally involves an in-person exam and circumstances may change, we advise you to contact your local British Council to find your nearest CIM exam centre before enrolling.
The Customer Communications unit is assessed through a written assignment completed at home. It will be based around a given scenario and an organisation of your choice.
