CIPD Student Stories: Sivani Mohapatra | Level 5 Diploma

After 12 years away from study, Sivani’s online learning journey proved both rewarding and enjoyable – leading her to her dream role three years later.

I started studying my CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development in June 2022 and it has been a very beautiful career journey since then.

I have recently found my dream job role as an HR specialist in a very renowned organisation.

CIPD Level 5 was just perfect for me as per my previous experience, and as ICS Learn is a trusted brand, I felt I was in safe hands.

What I learned from the course has been instrumental in helping me understand individual development, as well as the nuances of social and collaborative learning within the workplace.

This experience has undoubtedly enhanced my career and better prepared me for the UK working environment. Looking ahead, I plan to apply the knowledge I’ve gained in my current role and hopefully progress to the CIPD Level 7 qualification in the near future.
