CIPD Student Stories: Dave Bell | Level 7 Diploma

Dale was keen to progress as a HR professional, and after studying the Level 5, is now completing the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

I am currently a Director of People for PET-Xi Training Limited, an education training provider and responsible for the HR function.

Due to my position and wanting to advance my career, I decided to study for the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management with ICS Learn.

I chose to study for the Level 7 course as I have completed the Level 5 course and this was the next course up. In addition, the Level 7 would assist me with developing my career within HR. Further, the course is supporting me in my current role.
