CIPD Student Stories: Roxana Muntean | CIPD Level 5 Diploma

Roxana was keen to progress and enhance her skills, flexibly. So online learning seemed like the right choice.

I'm currently working as an HR Transactions Officer at Northamptonshire County Council and decided to study my CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management with ICS Learn, keen to advance in my career. 

I strongly believe that continuous professional development should be a life goal and we should ensure our knowledge never goes out of date.

At the same time by enhancing our individual knowledge we can contribute to other people's development too.

My plan for the future is to continue my career development by working in an HR environment and start studying towards my CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management with ICS Learn.
