CIPD Student Stories: Anne-Marie Evans | CIPD Level 5 Diploma

Anne-Marie was keen to develop professionally, but needed to be able to study flexibly to so that she could work full-time.

I am currently working as a Human Resources Coordinator at a manufacturing company in Lancashire.

I chose to study the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management as I felt that it was the most fitting for me in terms of career development and personally. I chose ICS Learn as having researched a lot of other learning providers, ICS Learn came up on top.

At first, I did have reservations about taking up online learning since I have always preferred the traditional style classroom learning, however I decided to give ICS Learn a go seeing that the reviews and feedback were all so good.

I can honestly say that my decision to go with online learning has paid off as I am able to learn as and when is suitable for me, which is a bonus as I have a young daughter to look after so it allows me that flexibility that I need.

My course is going well so far, I can’t recommend ICS Learn enough.

I have had a really good experience with the tutors, and they are all so helpful and friendly, and are always on hand for any query or worry that you may have.

I was also impressed with the speed in which tutors replied whenever I did need that extra help and assistance. 

Once I have gained my qualification this will enable me to further my career in HR, enhance my knowledge in all things HR and possibly take the next step in my role here at my current company.
