You don't need any formal qualifications to enrol on the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management, but you must be 18 or older.

However, you'll benefit the most from the course if you're a current or potential first-line manager with at least two years' full-time (or three years' part-time) work experience.

The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is 100% online. To achieve the Certificate, you'll choose from a selection of units totalling 13 credits:

You'll complete ten assessments in total for this ILM course. These will be either reflective reviews or work-based assignments.
