AAT Student Stories: Brandon Wilkinson | AAT Level 2 and 3 Combined Certificate
29 January 2020 - 3 min read
Brandon quickly progressed through his AAT Level 2 qualification and then enrolled on an AAT Level 3 qualification to challenge himself even further.
Ever since my late teenage years, I had debated studying for the AAT qualification but lacked the self-belief to take the plunge, having previously suffered from long-term confidence issues.
Moreover, at the age of 32, I wondered if I was now too old to begin studying again after so much time had passed since finishing my A Levels in 2004.
Then, in December 2018 - and after some 'gentle' persuasion from my ex-partner - I decided to take the plunge and go for it. I searched on Google for a distance learning provider that would support me throughout my journey and be there if I needed them. That's when I found ICS Learn.
Their reviews on Trustpilot were highly impressive and are primarily what made me choose ICS Learn.
From the moment of first contact over the phone to enrolling, they were incredibly helpful and swift in answering the numerous queries I fired their way.
With ICS Learn, I achieved a Distinction for the AAT Level 2 course, scoring an average of 97% across the five exams. This was achieved within a matter of months.
Having the freedom to study at my own pace (which transpired to be quite fast) gave me plenty of flexibility with my studies that otherwise attending a weekly college course may not have offered.
I then re-enrolled with ICS Learn for the AAT Level 3 Diploma and completed the course in under 6 months!
The tutors I had been assigned at both Level 2 and 3 were excellent, offering prompt feedback, guidance, and plenty of practice questions to aid my learning.
Being so successful and enjoying my experiences with ICS Learn and the AAT has completely transformed me, boosting my confidence and self-belief to levels I cannot quite believe at times.
Since beginning my studies, I have finally begun learning to drive and even going through the steps to become a Police Special Constable.
