Podcasts have been an incredibly popular choice of consumable content in recent years. This is not only due to the wide variety of genres and topics available, but because of the feeling of community they often create and the accessibility of being able to listen to a podcast from wherever you are, whenever the mood strikes.
Now, with summertime upon us (though it may not feel like it if you’re also based in the UK), there’s no better time to find a new podcast to tune into for your next lunch break or walk around the park.
If you’re struggling with finding a podcast to keep going back to, we’ve listed seven of the best podcasts to add to your summer playlist below.
Check ‘em out!
Podcast 1) A Millennial Mind
Created by Shivani Pau, a performance coach, entrepreneur and, of course, a talented podcast host, A Millennial Mind podcast was designed to reenergise and inspire millennials to lead a well-rounded, positive life.
Having found that millennials themselves are naturally creative beings who are fuelled by change and adventure, Shivani realised a common theme of millennials becoming stuck and demotivated, often feeling forced into boxes to live a life that was developed by the generation before them.
A millennial herself Shivani made it her mission to enliven millennials through one-to-one interviews with guests from all walks of life that are happy to share their experiences, knowledge and practical tips about creating a lifestyle that is focused on positivity and building energy.
Passionate about challenging the mundane, boring routines and a negative mindset, Shivani ultimately wants to her listeners to feel uplifted while tuning into A Millennial Mind, and we think that’s exactly how you’ll feel

Our pick: “150# Navigating Motherhood and Career: A Candid Conversation with Arshia Mooorjani”
Podcast 2) Career Relaunch
Created by Joseph Liu, an individual who is admittedly fascinated by those who have essentially relaunched their careers, Career Relaunch is designed as both an inspiring and conversational podcast that deep dives into the lives of those who have switched careers, focusing specifically on the “challenges they overcame and the lessons they learned along the way”.
It's human nature to shy away from talking about the difficulties and to only share the triumphs at the end of challenging journeys, however, Career Relaunch breaks that stigma and uses these setbacks to help listeners gain confidence in their abilities and the courage required to steer their own career change.
Career Relaunch has hosted several guests over the years, including professional tennis players who became finance directors, and teachers who transformed into independent artists, so there’s really something for everyone in this inspiring podcast.
So, if you’re part of the 40% of the UK workforce considering a career change, why not tune into the Career Relaunch podcast?
