Having studied both in-person and online, Megan prefers the flexibility that online learning provides!

I'm currently working as a HR Assistant for a SME financial advising company. This is a new role for me as previously, I worked as a HR Assistant in a healthcare organisation, which is where my journey into HR began.

I recently completed my CIPD Level 3 certificate with a local college and moving forward I knew I wanted to study the Level 5 in a more flexible way. After lots of research into online providers I chose ICS Learn to study the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.

Having had both an in person and remote learning experience, I am finding the online learning option a lot more appealing, for the fact that I can plan the modules and study as it suites my schedule.

I have also found the resources to be a in depth and structured. There is a clear correlation between the learning resources and the assessment criteria, so that you always know what is expected of you. As well as Q&A sessions and master classes with tutors.

In the future I am looking to progress from my HR assistant role within my current company to a HR manager role as I complete the Level 5. When the time comes, I'm hopeful that I'll be able to study the Level 7 Advanced Diploma too!
