CIPS Student Stories: Abiola. C Aromolaran

Abiola wanted to cement her professional experience with a qualification, and has learned an abundance of skills since enrolling on the Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply with ICS Learn.

I've worked in the healthcare industry for over ten years; first, as a trained Pharmacist and now as a Production Supervisor with my current employer.

Even though I had always been involved in the procurement side of things all through my career and having gained some experience in this field, I felt it was now the right time to gain a wider perspective, helping me specialise in this key area of my job role and career.

Having done my research, I discovered that a CIPS qualification is the recognised global standard for the procurement and supply chain profession and by achieving the Level 6 Professional Diploma and obtaining my MCIPS status, l will have my professional licence to practice, so I decided to go for it!

But the next challenge I was faced with was having to choose a study mode that suits me and allow me to continue working full-time and complete my qualification, all while providing me with the best learning experience.
