If you're not ready for the full CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management or Organisational L&D, our CIPD Level 5 Core Programme offers a flexible option focusing on key modules:
- Organisational Performance and Culture in Practice
- Evidence-Based Practice
- Professional Behaviours and Valuing People
This programme takes an average of 6 months to complete, with a 9-month support period, and costs £1,529, payable in interest-free monthly instalments.
Note: The Core programme provides essential skills for mid-level HR and L&D roles but does not grant a full CIPD qualification. However, if you later decide to pursue the full Level 5 Diploma, you can easily transfer and complete the remaining modules to earn your CIPD qualification.

Yes, you can! If you enrol on our fast-track programme, you'll cover the same content on an accelerated timeline of 10 months, and be expected to study for 8 to 10 hours each week. This includes attending classes, reading, working through content and completing CIPD assessments.
