AAT Student Stories: Chloe Buck | Level 2&3 Combined Certificate

Chloe works in Credit Control and she's currently studying the Level 2&3 Combined Certificates in Accounting to fast-track her learning.

I started my journey with ICS Learn as I wanted to expand my knowledge in the field of work I am in.

I’ve worked in credit control for nearly 2 years for the UK's leading agricultural distribution company with a very basic knowledge of the procedures and tasks that I carry out on a daily basis.

I wanted to be able to gain further insight and a deeper understanding of my job role and have the tools to progress further with the company that I work for.

I am currently enrolled onto the Level 2 & 3 AAT Accounting course and have been enrolled since the end of January 2025. Despite the fact that I have only been on this course for a short period of time, already I am noticing a significant increase in my ability to perform my job.

So much so, that eventually the end goal for me would be to complete Levels 2,3 and 4 AAT course.

In terms of the contents of the course, the presentations, video tutorials and additional learning resources are incredibly clear and concise.

I myself have always been an independent learner therefore I find being able to access the course anytime, anywhere really suits my lifestyle. I would also say it is easily digestible information. Additionally, the online tutors are fantastic.

Their feedback and assistance are pretty much there at an instant. It is always encouraging and constructive.

As a somebody who works full time, has several medical appointments per week and tries to stay active both physically and socially, the work load is completely manageable.

I would absolutely recommend this excellent service to anybody who is wanting to become the best version of themselves by becoming more qualified and employable.

If I were to summarise ICS Learn in three words, I would say it was friendly, affordable and brilliant.
