Jeminiyi needed to gain HR knowledge at a strategic level. This is her experience studying the CIPD Level 7 qualification with us.

My name is Miss Jeminiyi Ogunkoya, and I just completed the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

I chose to study the course because I needed to benchmark my knowledge in regards to my human resources management knowledge at a strategic level.

Completing the course and achieving my certificate means I now have an accreditation to justify my continuous knowledge and practice.

The opportunity to study at my own time while having access to a lot of resources, including attending virtual class or listening to recordings at my own time, considering my super busy workload, makes it all work well for me.

The tutor support was great, the feedback was detailed, the student support team responded back to me quickly talking about weekend response late evening reply, phone support to explain and feedback following my assignment submission.

With my role, it is strongly recommended that gaining the qualification has strengthened the support I give my team while also enjoying the fact of being part of CIPD as an associate member. My plans for the future, like I have always done, are to continue to develop my knowledge, skills and competence.

I definitely will recommend ICS Learn. The reason for this is that when I needed help, the student’s support team was really exceptional in providing me the help I required, to the point of them telling me to please contact them if I need any other support.

Personally I feel when you have a strong base of student support teams who are attentive to the needs of the learners, it is an exceptional asset to the organisation because the learner will be able to learn and gain the knowledge they require. For me, I feel like I count, and my knowledge development is important to ICS, as opposed to being seen as a number or another sale or profit made. Thank you.
